Paramus High School Loading Dock Project Complete
The Paramus High School (PHS) loading dock just got a major upgrade thanks to our amazing Paramus Public Schools buildings and grounds team! With the goal of improving the overall function of the space, here’s what’s new:
- Verizon, Lightpath, and PSEG utility poles relocated for more usable space.
- ADA-compliant ramps and safety rails installed.
- Wall-mounted ladder to roof with locking door installed.
- New security gate with front-booth access.
- Pre-existing retaining wall replaced, improving traffic patterns for delivery drivers.
- Fresh asphalt and expanded parking for staff.
- Improved stormwater drainage and grading.
This project boosts safety, function, and parking — a big win for PHS!
